In-Gym Hydration Study

A recent study indicates that nearly half of all exercisers are dehydrated before starting their workouts.1 Some other key findings from this study include:

  • Nearly half of all exercisers studied admit it’s a struggle to drink enough during the day.
  • Exercisers tend to replenish only about 50% of the fluids they lose during a workout when they drink plain water.2
  • Of the total number of exercisers that were dehydrated, more than 90 percent work out three or more times a week.
